Clean, good value hotel, the location was excellent and fantastic not far from the immediate outskirts of Newport and the centre of the city and all transport links plus an amazing breakfast. Lots of great coffee, tea, toast, and cereal, I appreciated it.

We did not have breakfast. The location was good
We didnt realise that the hotel was also a nightclub until the music started blaring out and went on until 2.00am. We were of the second floor and even the window was shaking from the noise

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable with incredibly nice personnel who agreed that they would leave a note for the manager. Overall exceptional food, plus there is The Pen & Wig close by. Will be back for the location, it was good.

The location here is amazing with free parking nearby 🚗. My room had all the amenities available, like a bar, shower, and extra pillows. It wasn't cleaned initially as requested, but it was all good eventually.
